Raised in Chadbourn, NC, he grew up alongside his father, James “Allen” Cartrette Jr., and grandfather, James Allen Cartrette Sr., learning the intricacies of commercial and residential property management, construction, and rentals. His early years were also spent managing a cattle and hay farm, further deepening his connection to the land.

Guided by the Godly values instilled in him by his parents and grandparents, Allen has always carried a deep appreciation for his roots and a strong sense of responsibility to his community.
